Legal obligation CE marking escape doors
Manufacturers of escape doors in exterior walls are required by law to be certified to standard EN 14351-1. To this end, they must have a documented Factory Production Control (FPC) system. This is to ensure that the escape doors placed on the market meet the performance listed in the CE mark.
Monumental tiled roofs: a trade in itself

The attestation and certification of non-load-bearing inner walls has been part of SKG-IKOB's range of services for many years. The guideline used for this is BRL 1003.

New implementation guideline for insulation boards
SKG-IKOB will soon issue a new implementation guideline for the installation of insulation boards in cavity walls. This regulation is part of BRL 2826. KOMO certification for post-insulation has existed for some time. Now the application of insulation material in new buildings will also be certified.

New KOMO certificates for hydrophobizing
Last year, the new BRL 1154 was accepted. Based on this guideline, materials for hydrophobizing facades are KOMO-certified. The guideline is suitable for both creams and liquid products based on water or hydrocarbons. Prior to certification, products are first examined by TCKI in Velp.
