During Building Holland on April 18, 2018, SKG-IKOB awarded the silver CSC certificate to Betoncentrale Hasselt BV. Gert Molenaar was presented with the certificate from the hands of Harm van Dartel.

Amendment of General Conditions & Regulations for attestation, certification and inspection
Effective January 1, 2018, the amended General Terms and Conditions of SKG-IKOB Certification BV and the Regulations for Attestation Certification and Inspection of SKG-IKOB Certification BV /SKW Certification came into force.

From Jan. 1, 2021, all new buildings in the Netherlands must be Nearly Energy Neutral Buildings (BENG). New government buildings for which an environmental permit is requested from January 1, 2019, must meet BENG requirements. This is because the government plays an exemplary role.
