Press release - SKG-IKOB awards very first BRL 1317 certificate to ISOEnergy

On June 5, René Hagenouw of SKG-IKOB Certification presented the very first SKG-IKOB process certificate for the BRL 1317 to Elmer van Gurp of ISOEnergy. The BRL 1317 concerns the thermal (post-)insulation of elements for internal and external separation constructions with (in-situ) materials.

The process certificate is designed to ensure the quality of workmanship. With this certificate, the company demonstrates guaranteed compliance with the guidelines for insulating pitched roofs, walls and ceilings. The insulation material, Knauf Supafil Timberframe, is injected through an established drilling pattern into the structure. It is suitable for renovation and new construction projects. It fills all small nooks and crannies, preventing heat loss through thermal leaks.
