SKG-IKOB Certificatie reikt eerste certificaat uit voor ‘Kwaliteitsborging door de bouwer’

Bouwbedrijf Vrolijk uit Breda is als eerste aannemer in Nederland gecertificeerd volgens de Erkenningsrichtlijn ERL 5029: Kwaliteitsborging door de bouwer. Deze certificering, ontwikkeld door SKG-IKOB Certificatie, sluit aan op de eisen van de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb) en bevestigt dat Vrolijk beschikt over een aantoonbaar werkend kwaliteitssysteem waarmee risico’s in het bouwproces worden beheerst.

Realistisch praktijktesten van (na-)isolatiematerialen mogelijk in innovatieve testkamer

Geldermalsen 25 september 2025– Prestaties van (na-)isolatiematerialen voor wanden, vloeren en daken kunnen vanaf nu realistisch getest worden dankzij de innovatieve isolatietestkamer die de Nederlandse certificatie-instelling SKG-IKOB deze maand heeft geopend. Voorheen konden isolatiematerialen slechts beperkt worden getest en werd alleen de theoretische isolatiewaarde vastgesteld.

Signatories to the Governance Code of Safety in Construction (GCVB) will apply step 2 on the safety culture ladder as of Jan. 1, 2022. Its purpose is to increase safety and health awareness within the construction industry. The transition from step 2 to step 3 was planned for Jan. 1, 2025, but the GCVB has decided to postpone this transition by 1.5 years.

The scope of the safety culture ladder has broadened considerably in recent years. With this broadening came more comments on the Handbook / Certification Scheme as well. This has now resulted in a complete revision of the Safety Culture Ladder and the emergence of the new version: Safety Culture Ladder 2.0 (SCL 2.0).
