WoonKeu advisor link between resident, owner and government
We are getting older and staying longer in our own homes; many homes are not suitable for this purpose. Residents can live independently for longer without unnecessary investment if they are aware in time that they can. As the link between resident, owner and government, WoonKeur and SKW Certification are introducing the WoonKeuradviseur. The advisor works with the criteria of the Handbook WoonKeur Bestaande Woningen and helps with conscious choices to deploy resources in a targeted manner. The first advisors are already active and working at housing corporation Actium in Assen and Bouwkundige Begeleidings Adviesgroep (BBA) in Heemskerk.

Let's fight brand abuse together
When entering into a certification agreement with SKG-IKOB Certification, both parties are given various rights and obligations. Unfortunately, this is regularly abused: non-certified parties also use our logos. This harms us, but also you. Help us to prevent this!

SKG-IKOB Laboratory expands with facilities for IP testing (dust and water)
Anyone who thinks testing and certification is dusty is right when it comes to (electromechanical) locks. Because dust is a threat to the functionality and durability of such locks and can cause the lock to no longer open or close. In addition, it is common knowledge that water and electricity do not mix well.

Certificate One and a Half Meter Office secures new work protocol
Move freely in 100% of the space in use, with at least one and a half meters around you. If it succeeds, an organization can apply for the new independent certificate One and a Half Meter Office. CFP Green Buildings and SKG-IKOB developed a recognition scheme for organizations that have arranged all workplaces and traffic areas taking into account 1.5 meters distance.
With remote audit permanent compliance with certificate requirements
In these changing times of remote contact, it may seem difficult to comply with quality checks and surveys. With a remote audit, SKG-IKOB can secure the validity of a quality declaration so that you permanently meet the requirements of your certificate.
