Let's fight brand abuse together

When entering into a certification agreement with SKG-IKOB Certification, both parties are given various rights and obligations. Unfortunately, this is regularly abused: non-certified parties also use our logos. This harms us, but also you. Help us to prevent this!

One of the rights of the certificate holder is the use of the SKG-IKOB and KOMO logos to externally communicate that he maintains his quality standard at a high level. Unfortunately, the logos in particular are abused with some regularity by non-certified companies.

Placing the logos on letterhead, website and in e-mail messages misleads the potential customer. This leads to unfair competition and undermines the vested rights afforded to certificate holders. Indeed, the impression is created that the non-certificate holder is also working to the high standard of quality for which certificate holders work hard to maintain.

The current list of certificate holders is published is at www.komo.nl and at www.skgikob.nl/certificatenattesten. You can also search for suspended, suspended and revoked certificates on our site.

Statements of Recognition for ERM schemes can also be found on our website and at www.stichtingerm.nl.
