Stone Strips
SKG-IKOB certifies the bonding of stone strips to building components. When gluing, it is important that a statement can be made about the durable attachment of the strips. Within the certification, a statement is made about the quality of the bonding with a combination of substrate, adhesive and type of strip.

Sand-lime bricks and aerated concrete are an important foundation of residential and commercial construction. SKG-IKOB tests materials in its own laboratory in Geldermalsen and at project sites. With a product certificate you prove that your product meets the agreed requirements.

Together with various industry associations, we have established Quality Requirements for safe and burglary-resistant products. Such as injury-safe and burglary-resistant trade fillings, take-home products and impact-resistant and vandal-resistant fixtures. The product certificate gives your customers confidence that it meets the highest standards of security and/or burglar resistance.

Sustainability
Building now is building with sustainability and the environment in mind. How is built, with what materials and in what composition during the entire lifespan, has become leading in the construction and renovation process. SKG-IKOB closely follows developments and seamlessly links its services to them.
What does the CSC certificate entail?
The Concrete Sustainability Council (CSC) is a certification system for the responsible production of concrete and the raw materials for concrete. Holders of the CSC certificate (bronze, silver, gold or platinum level) meet strict requirements of sustainability, reliability, competence and labor safety.
They prove that they produce raw materials for concrete, cement and aggregates responsibly. This encourages responsible production in the chain and sustainability in the industry. As a certificate holder, it underlines your social responsibility.
How to apply for the CSC certificate.
The certification process involves a number of steps. Are you a concrete, cement or raw material supplier? Then register online with the Concrete Sustainable Council and upload various supporting data. If you select SKG-IKOB as the certification body, we validate the entered data remotely and visit the factory.
After the assessment, you will receive the certificate with the level bronze, silver, gold or platinum, depending on the score you have achieved.

SKG-IKOB Certificatie has recently acquired a new set-up in the laboratory for testing lintels. With this setup, lintels with lengths up to 4.5 meters span can be tested for bending strength and shear strength.
