ERL 5029: Quality assurance by the builder
As of September 30, 2025, builders can distinguish themselves with this new accreditation guideline. Working with this guideline means that the builder and the quality assurer reinforce each other in quality assurance in construction.
ERL 5029: Quality assurance by the builder
SKG-IKOB offers builders the opportunity to qualify for a role in the WKB. This is done via ERL 5029 , developed to demonstrably align with what the WKB requires of you as a builder.
If you are certified under ERL 5029, you ensure that your quality management system and control of the execution process demonstrate what the BBL actually requires of you. In addition, the primary intention is that you, together with the quality assurer involved, can demonstrate that risks have been identified and that you manage them. A quality assurer can therefore "trust" your process control and, as a result, justifiably reduce their efforts in testing your working methods.
More effective and efficient "collaboration" leads to better insight and results regarding the desired quality of construction!
