Vanaf 30 september 2025 kunnen bouwers zich onderscheiden met deze nieuwe erkenningsrichtlijn. Werken met deze richtlijn betekent dat bouwer en kwaliteitsborger elkaar versterken bij kwaliteitsborging in de bouw.

ERL 5029: Kwaliteitsborging door de bouwer

SKG-IKOB biedt de mogelijkheid voor bouwers om gekwalificeerd te worden voor een rol in de WKB. Dit gebeurt via de ERL 5029, ontwikkelt om aantoonbaar aan te sluiten op wat de WKB als bouwer van u vraagt.
Als u gecertificeerd bent voor de ERL 5029 zorgt u ervoor dat uw kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en beheersing van het uitvoeringsproces laat zien wat het BBL in feite van u vraagt. Daarbij is het ook vooral de bedoeling dat u samen met de betrokken kwaliteitsborger kan laten zien dat risico's in kaart zijn gebracht en dat u dit beheerst. Een kwaliteitsborger kan dus "vertrouwen" op uw procesbeheersing, en als gevolg daarvan zijn inzet op het toetsen van uw werkwijze gerechtvaardigd verminderen.

Effectiever en efficienter "samen- werken" leidt tot beter inzicht en resultaten op de gewenste kwaliteit van bouwen!

Important for the quality assurance professional within the WKB

A quality assurance company assesses completely independently whether a building plan can comply with and ultimately also complies with the Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl), formerly the Bouwbesluit. The quality assurance officer may not be involved in the realization of the new building project in any other way than in the role of quality assurance officer. A quality assurance officer may therefore not be the client, architect, contractor, etc. of the construction work for which the quality assurance officer is hired.

The certification process starts as soon as the applicant commissions SKG-IKOB Certificatie for certification. Once you have signed and returned our proposal to us, we will contact you to further initiate the certification. The proposal is automatically converted into the certification agreement after a positive completion of the entrance examination.

The certification process consists of an examination (audit) with regard to the quality system of the applicant, in the field of the brl 5019 "Quality Assurance for Building" process.

KIK, the tool for you as a quality assurance professional!

As of January 1, the Wkb makes it mandatory for consequence class 1 in your construction projects to use an authorized tool, such as KiK.
The KiK tool helps you demonstrably comply with all the quality requirements for each structure. From legislation, private requirements and project-specific requirements.

SKG-IKOB designed the BRL5019 and is working with the KIK Foundation to make the tool, the KIK tool, quality assurance demonstrably valuable. Easy, transparent and purposeful.

 Uw voordeel met een certificaat BRL 5019 (voor de borger) of de ERL 5029 (voor de bouwer)

   Voor u als bouwer bent u met uw erkenning van grote waarde voor de kwaliteitsborger. Samen zorgt u ervoor dat uw bouwwerken voldoen aan de WKB!
   
   
3. Onderscheidend: Het behalen van de certificering als kwaliteitsborger of erkend bouwer voor de Wkb geeft uw bedrijf een groot voordeel. U voldoet strikte eisen die deze certificatie vraagt. Een certificatie met de BRL 5019, of ERL 5029 bevestigt dat u de kwaliteit van bouwen en het controleren van bouwwerken serieus neemt. Het resultaat hiervan is dat u hiermee zal onderscheiden in de markt en dat opdrachtgevers sneller voor u zullen kiezen.

As of January 1, 2024, the Building Quality Assurance Act (Wkb) is in effect. This law shifts the responsibility for assessing building requirements from the municipality to an independent party, the quality assurance company.

Role of SKG-IKOB Certification

SKG-IKOB offers the opportunity for individuals and organizations to become qualified for a role in the Wkb. This is done through the brl 5019 which was the basis of the Wkb. If you are certified for the BRL 5019, for one or more scopes, you can participate in the Wkb system. If you are certified for the scopes for which you want to act as a quality assurance provider, you must be admitted to the Wkb system through an approved instrument provider. The instrument provider KIK (KOMO Instrument for Quality Assurance) will accept a certificate based on the BRL 5019.
