Job Description
As a telephonist/receptionist you will make our clients and relations feel welcome. You welcome them at the reception desk and/or speak to them on the phone. You also perform light administrative tasks and take care of various light household tasks.
What will you do?
Together with your duo colleague, you will ensure that our reception desk is staffed every day. You work alternately from each other and ensure a good working relationship. As a telephonist/receptionist you are in frequent contact with clients, relations, and of course also with our own colleagues. You like to be in contact with many different people and to help everyone on their way. Your tasks include the following:
- Handling incoming telephone calls neatly and correctly.
- Taking care of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Receiving and assisting visitors/clients/relationships/suppliers.
- Ensuring a (timely) supply of office supplies and (small) canteen supplies.
- Taking good care of the various office areas and our canteen.
- Taking care of the maintenance of office equipment, such as signaling malfunctions/defects of printers, scanners, paper shredders, etc.
- Preparing and cleaning up meeting rooms.
- Performing light administrative work at the direction of the executive secretary.
Where will you work?
SKG-IKOB group consists of four companies: SKG-IKOB Certification BV, Keurhuis Nederland BV, BRIS BV and Keuringshuis BV. With our services such as certification, research and inspection, SKG-IKOB is a household name in the building industry. As a telephonist/receptionist you will be working for SKG-IKOB Certification. SKG-IKOB Certification is one of the national certification bodies in our sector. The head office and your place of work is in Geldermalsen.

Who are we looking for?
- You have MBO working and thinking level.
- You have demonstrable experience with direct customer contact.
- You are communicatively strong and customer friendly.
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and basic English skills.
- You are available on Thursday and Friday from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
- Working at a certification body, means that we adhere very closely to applicable laws and regulations. Following the correct (internal) procedures is therefore an important basis from which we work. For you this also means that you are very punctual and like to keep your work in order.
- You have a proactive work attitude and feel comfortable in a quiet and professional working environment.
