What will you do?
You will work from SKG-IKOB in Geldermalsen or be on the road to various customers (certificate holders) throughout the Netherlands. As a building inspector your duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Perform various types of audits and inspections at various clients (certificate holders) throughout the Netherlands;
- The focus of the position is inspection of roof work;
- This itinerant position will take you to various construction sites daily where you will perform your inspection and monitoring duties;
- Visit companies where you assess the internal organization using the (assessment guideline) BRL;
- Performing work partly alone and as part of a team;
- You have regular contact with certificate holders and you think proactively about improving external and internal quality assurance;
- In addition, we offer you various development and advancement opportunities.
Do you recognize yourself in the profile below
- MBO work and thinking level;
- Preferably MBO Construction Management;
- Work experience in regular construction (B&U);
- Experience in auditing (pre);
- Experience with pitched roofs (preferred)
- Sincere interest in people and business;
- Working independently;
- Driver's license B.

- Gross salary between €2,178 and €3,898 depending on age and experience (based on full-time, 40 hours per week);

Where will you work?
SKG-IKOB is a fast-growing leading certification body in the building
real estate world. We offer entrepreneurs a 'one-stop-shop' in construction and
real estate certification and relieve companies of worries. SKG-IKOB certifies, examines and
inspects companies in the construction and real estate sector in the areas of
building materials, processes and quality and safety systems. The
executive construction department focuses on the attestation of the materials used in their
application and on the certification of the implementation processes.
The team consists of a certification manager, six (sector) coordinators, three
building inspectors and one secretarial employee. In addition, the
team has a shell of freelance auditors and building inspectors who assist
where necessary.
