Job Description

As an HR employee, you are the liaison between staff and management. You play an important role in absence counseling and in the recruitment & selection of colleagues for the various departments and companies and, you manage the personnel administration in its entirety. 

Where will you work?

SKG-IKOB group consists of four companies: SKG-IKOB Certification BV, Keurhuis Nederland BV, BRIS BV and Keuringshuis BV. With our services such as certification, research and inspection, SKG-IKOB is a household name in the construction world. You will work for SKG-IKOB Certification, but you will also perform work for our sister companies BRIS, Keurhuis Nederland and keuringshuis. The main office and work location is in Geldermalsen. What will you do?

In your role as an HR Officer, you will work closely with management and have a broad range of duties. Think about:

  • Point of contact for employees and management with HR related questions
  • Case manager for sick leave
  • Drafting job postings and ensuring that vacancies are posted and followed up
  • Coordinating application procedures, sending out invitations, scheduling interviews, etc.
  • Drafting, terminating and/or renewing employment contracts
  • Personnel administration such as managing personnel data, absenteeism and our leave system (Werktijden.nl)
  • You take the confidential minutes of executive meetings.

Who are you?

As an HR employee, you are a specialist who knows how to get things done! You organize your work independently, monitor deadlines and contribute to the job satisfaction of your colleagues. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following job requirements:

  • HBO working and thinking level
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
  • You are available 24 to 28 hours per week
  • You work accurately and have integrity.
