Concrete Repair Coordinator
Are you technically skilled, do you work in a structured way and do you feel at home in the world of concrete and building materials? Then this is your chance to make an impact as a Coordinator within one of the most specialized product groups of SKG-IKOB, the certification body for construction and real estate.
What will you do?
As Coordinator, you are the main point of contact for the certification schemes within your product group. You ensure that everything runs smoothly - from planning to implementation and from customer contact to standards monitoring.
You work closely with producers, fellow specialists and certification manager(s) to ensure that testing, inspections and reports are carried out carefully. In doing so, you keep a keen eye on the latest developments in concrete, concrete repair and fillers.
Your main duties:
- Full coordination of brl 3201 (Concrete Repair) and BRL 1804 (Fillers).
- Conduct file and company assessments for the CSC (sustainable concrete) seal of approval
- Preparation, execution and follow-up of certification and testing processes
- Maintain customer relationships and win new orders
- Completion of Concrete Maintenance Technician training (part of the position)

What do you bring?
- A completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (college) or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of concrete (production) or concrete repair is a must
- Analytical, accurate and communication strong
- Independent work ethic and sense of quality
- Good command of the Dutch language; English and German are a plus
