The brl 5019 - Quality Assurance for Construction forms the basis on which organizations can be certified by SKG-IKOB. This BRL5019 is an important part of the KOMO Instrument for Quality Assurance (KIK). This is an instrument provider that enables the quality assurance contractor to check new construction projects for compliance with the Building Works Decree for the Living Environment (Bbl), possible risks present during construction and the final determination of construction quality.

Upon delivery of the project, the client receives the signed final declaration that the building complies with the Bbl. This assures the client that the structure meets the requirements (Bbl) set for the structure.
