Working method of SKG-IKOB in changed times
Coronavirus is a major challenge for all of us. Not only within your company and ours, but worldwide. Despite all obstacles, SKG-IKOB continues to work, we strictly follow the guidelines of the authorities. We would like to inform you about our way of working in these changing times.
The recently announced new measures by the government may raise questions and concerns. Will our work continue, and how will contacts with SKG-IKOB employees proceed?
While respecting the health and safety of all of us, we make every effort to ensure the continuity of your certification and/or examination. The SKG-IKOB laboratory is open and testing continues under conditions. Audits, inspections and company visits continue as usual, remotely if desired and possible. Inspections and tests at (building) sites will also be continued, unless it concerns locations where it is not permitted.
No shaking hands
All SKG-IKOB employees act preventively and limit social contact. We do not shake hands and keep a wide distance (at least 1.5 meters) during all work. This means, among other things, that we do not have performed inspections signed (on the tablet). Any attendance at tests in the laboratory is not possible at this time. When delivering goods such as the products to be tested, please follow the instructions of our staff. In this way we will together contribute to preventing the spread of the coronavirus.
Notify us when you close
Are you a customer of ours and your business is closing and/or suspending production for the time being? Please notify us. You may not think to notify us during these times. It may affect the validity of your certificates.
