Press Release: SKG-IKOB new owner of BRIS B.V.

The shares of BRIS B.V. have been fully transferred from SBRCURnet to SKG-IKOB. The companies signed the agreement on Monday, August 28, 2017.

Since 1992, BRIS has been developing and delivering software for the professional user of construction-related laws and regulations. BRIS started in 1992 under the banner of SBR, since 2013 SBRCURnet. SBRCURnet will close its doors at the end of 2017. As of today, SKG-IKOB is the new owner of BRIS.

BRIS remains a fully independent B.V. under the banner of SKG-IKOB Holding. SKG-IKOB is taking over BRIS with all employees.

SKG-IKOB is the Dutch certification body for the building and real estate sector. SKG-IKOB develops total concepts in the field of certification and testing of the entire building envelope and the built environment.
