Under great interest, the 2nd meeting for suppliers and manufacturers of fire-resistant windows and/or doors took place Feb. 17 at SKG IKOB in Geldermalsen: "What are the implications of EN 16034 for fire and smoke-resistant windows and doors for your business?"
Before manufacturers are authorized to apply CE marking and issue a declaration of performance (DoP), companies must demonstrate compliance with the requirements in accordance with EN 16034. This must be demonstrated by means of a Certificate of constancy of performance issued by a Notified Body such as SKG-IKOB Certification.
