CE marking for fire/or smoke-resistant windows and doors
As of November 1, 2016, CE marking according to NEN-EN 16034 is possible for pedestrian doors, industrial, commercial garage doors and windows with fire and/or smoke protection properties. The transition period will end on November 1, 2019 and from then on CE marking on these products will be mandatory. If your production and your quality system are supervised by a European recognized institute, your company can have a Certificate of constancy of performance. As an independent Notified Body designated by Europe, SKG-IKOB can officially declare with a Certificate of constancy of performances that your company and your product meets all the requirements set in the context of CE marking.
